Qualification Details:
Applications are invited from eligible candidates (Indian Nationals only) on a plain paper in the attached format (Form B) for the following position(s) in the research project "Polymer- metal/semiconductor Nanocomposite Thin Films for Electrocatalysis and Plasmon- induced Charge Transfer Based Applications

4. EssentialQualifications: Ph.D. (Chemistry) in the area of materials/physical chemistry with focus on nanomaterials and polymer nanocomposites. Proven expertise (demonstrated by good quality research publications) in (i) nanomaterials and nanocomposites fabrication, (ii) optical spectroscopy, electron and probe microscopies, diffraction, scattering and different calorimetry techniques, (ii) electrochemical characterization techniques and electroactive materials applications
5. Tenure of the Post: Initially for 1 year; extendable based on satisfactory performance of the RA and progress of the work
6. Desirable Qualifications: Sound understanding of plasmonics, plasmon-induced charge transfer processes, electrocatalysis and photoelectrochemistry
7. Experience: Minimum of 3 years experience in research on nanomaterials and electrochemistry techniques at the doctoral and/or post- doctoral level (demonstrated by good quality research publications)
8. Accommodation: Will not be provided by the University of Hyderabad
