4. Essential: 

a. Post Graduate in social sciences having 12 to 15years experience supervising field activities in a rural, community-based setting and conducting research surveys and interviews; 

b. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with community-members and research investigators alike;

c. Outstanding organization skills with excellent attention to detail; 

d. Ability to multi-task and solve problems.

5. Emoluments (Monthly): Commensurate with qualification and experience.
