Qualification Details:

1. Post Name: General Manager - Mechanical Maintenance

2. Qualiifcation: Bachelor’s Degree Mechanical/Electrical/Instrumentation/EEE Engg.

3. Experience: 20+ Years of post-qualification experience in the Executive cadre in the relevant area in a Govt./PSU or private company of repute.

4. Job Description: 
a. The candidate must have experience in Mechanical Maintenace of power plant of capacity not less than 1000MW and must have strong leadership ability, excellent communication, interpersonal, analytical and problem solving skills.
b. Must have ability to lead Mechanical Maintenance team in areas like Boiler, Turbine, Ash Handling, Mills, Fans , Air Pre heater and BOP. Strong under standing of condition monitoring and CBM for achieving high equipment reliability.
c. Guide the team to execute best maintenance practices in compliance with all statutory and EHS procedures and regulations. Must be conversant with modern maintenance management tools like CMMS, RCA, RCM practices. Guide the team in spare parts planning, inventory control, Planning for annual overhauling/capital overhauling, renovation and modernization works, performance evaluations and performing residual life assessment.
d. Execution of reliability centred maintenance practices and administration of Maintenance Management System. Perform a variety of administrative duties as well as responsible for EHS and other relevant compliances. Responsible for development of subordinates and succession planning, preparing plant budget forecasts including Capex Budgets, formulating strategy and cost minimization.
e. Must have ability to find out the KSA gaps of the subordinates through Competency Matrix and to identify the training needs to bridge those. Mentor and coach subordinate/s to develop the team’s capabilities and build a strong succession plan for leadership roles. Assist the Plant Manager in the preparation of departmental budgets and goals.

1. Post Name: General Manager - Electrical

2. Qualiifcation: Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical/EEE Engg.

3. Experience: 20+ Years of post-qualification experience in the Executive cadre in the relevant area in a Govt./PSU or private company of repute.

4. Job Description: 
a. Candidate must have experience in a power plant of station capacity not less than 1000MW. Responsible to lead the Electrical maintenance teams of main plant and BOP and execute best maintenance practices in compliance with all statutory and EHS procedure and regulations.
b. Must have worked at a voltage level of 400KV or more and its associated switch gear, conversant with modern maintenance management tools like CMMS, RCA, RCM practices. Guide the team in spare parts planning, inventory control and planning for annual overhauling/capital overhauling, renovation and modernization works, performance evaluations and performing residual life assessment.
c. Execution of reliability centred maintenance practices and administration of Maintenance Management System. Perform a variety of administrative duties as well as responsible for EHS and other relevant compliances. Responsible for development of subordinates and succession planning, preparing plant budget forecasts including Capex Budgets, formulating strategy and cost minimization.
d. Must possess excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills. Must have ability to find out the KSA gaps of the subordinates through Competency Matrix and to identify the training needs to bridge those. Mentor and coach subordinate/s to develop the team’s capabilities and build a strong succession plan for leadership roles.

2. Qualiifcation: Bachelor’s Degree Instrumentation/Control & Instrumentation/EEE/ Electronics & Telecommunication Engg.

3. Experience: 20+ Years of post-qualification experience in the Executive cadre in the relevant area in a Govt./PSU or private company of repute.

4. Job Description: 
a. The candidate must have experience in a power plant of station capacity not less than 1000MW. Experience in maxDNA and MetsoDNA is an added advantage. Responsible to lead the C&I teams of main plant, BOP and execute best maintenance practices in compliance with all statutory and EHS procedure and regulations.
b. Must be conversant with modern maintenance management tools like CMMS, RCA, RCM practices. Guide the team in spare parts planning, inventory control and planning for annual overhauling/capital overhauling, renovation and modernization works, performance evaluations and performing residual life assessment. Execution of reliability centred maintenance practices and administration of Maintenance Management System. Perform a variety of administrative duties as well as responsible for EHS and other relevant compliances.
c. Responsible for development of subordinates and succession planning, preparing plant budget forecasts including Capex Budgets, formulating strategy and cost minimization. Must possess excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.

1. Post Name: General Manager - HR & IR

2. Qualiifcation: MBA (HR) / Post Graduate Diploma in PM/IR. Additional qualification in Law is desirable    

3. Experience: 20+ Years of post-qualification experience in the Executive cadre in the relevant area in a Govt./PSU or private company of repute.

4. Job Description: 
a. Ideal candidate must have experience in the entire gamut of Human Resources Management, Employee Relations/IR, CSR/R&R and Administration functions of a large manufacturing unit. He/she will ensure peaceful and conducive work environment maintaining healthy employee relations amid multiple unions and heterogeneity of service conditions. Take proactive measures such as union meetings, counselling, mediation etc. & take appropriate disciplinary measures ensuring general discipline among employees.
b. Candidate must have exposure to negotiating and amicably settling disputes with the Unions by initiating and participating in proceedings of dispute settlement machineries. He/ She must implement Corporate HR policies/guidelines consistently in the plant. Must have experience in facilitating implementation of Performance management system at Plant.
c. He/she must implement change management practises including organizational restructuring and manpower rationalization initiatives. Develop a culture of learning in the organization by implementing competency matrix, identifying gaps and design and implementing training and development interventions, including planned interventions.
d. He will make appropriate training plan in coordination with the HODs and execute the programs. He/she will ensure employee related statutory compliances under applicable labour Laws to be 100% complied and effectively manage Contract Labour Engagement ensuring 100% compliance by the Contractor.
e. He/she should establish a cordial relation with all stakeholders of the plant site maintaining strong external relations through planned CSR/peripheral developmental activities. Maintain good liaison with all local, Govt officials and Statutory authorities.
f. Initiate modern HR practices for motivation and retention of employees, should take active role in implementing new thoughts/ideas and involvement in various plant initiatives. Oversee proper facilities management and provide 100% secured environment with proper Security System in the Plant premises.
g. Shall emphasise on employee’s welfare & socialisation, events management, etc. making living in ITPS comfortable. He/she will be the mentor and the coach for the subordinates to develop the HR team's capabilities and build a strong succession pipeline for the role. He/she will periodically review and monitor the grievances of employees, villagers & affected persons. He/she will timely provide HR h. MIS data and all other required information to Corporate HR Head. Candidate must have working knowledge in SAP/ERP systems. Candidates having Power plant experience will be given preference.

2. Qualiifcation: Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical/EEE/ Electrical Engg.

3. Experience: 20+ Years of post-qualification experience in the Executive cadre in the relevant area in a Govt./PSU or private company of repute. Atleast 5 years Experience in Regulatory & Commercial matters is a must.

4. Job Description: The Candidate must have experience in Tariff filling, Tariff Inputs, Filling of petitions before appellate authorities. Must have experience in catering to the queries raised by Stakeholders. He/She must have experience in tariff filling parameters. Knowledge in Power Purchase Agreements (PPA), PPA related queries, compliances, responses to Govt of Odisha, GRIDCO and knowledge of power trading market. Review of Capital requirements and seeking Regulatory approvals. Preparation of Cost benefit analysis & generating financial models. Finalize terms of engagement of traders in coordination with GRIDCO for sale of short term surplus power sale. Knowledge of ovaeall processes related to power trading. Must have knowledge on transmission related regulatory issues and aspects of various Short term / Medium term Power Sale. Knowledge of reviewing of bids for Short term / Medium term contracts, review of RFPs, coordination with empanneled consultants. Providing starategic inputs for Review petitions before CERC/APTEL/Supreme Court etc. Strategy formulation and implementation for maximizing revenue from power sale.
