NIPGR Recruitment 2023 for Junior Research Fellow Notification Apply Online 1 Job Vacancy 04 June 2023

Qualification Details:

Applications are invited from suitable candidates for filling up the purely temporary position of one Junior Research Fellow in the DBT multi-institutional project entitled "Development of D-allulose based nano-formulations for enhanced stress tolerance and increased crop productivity", of Dr. Ashutosh Pandey, Scientist, NIPGR. The details of the position is as under:

1. Name of the Post: Junior Research Fellow

2. No of Post: 01 (one post)

3. Emoluments as per DST/DBT norms and as sanctioned in the project.

4. Qualification: Candidates selected through National Eligibility Tests as mentioned in the DST Office Memorandum number SR/S9/Z-08/2018 dated January 30, 2019 and having M.Sc. degree or equivalent (with minimum 60% marks) in Agriculture/ Biotechnology/ Plant Science/ Botany, life science or equivalent are eligible to apply. Candidates having laboratory experience in plant tissue culture, molecular biology, biochemistry would be given preference.

5. The above positions is completely on temporary basis and co-terminus with the project. The fellowship/emolument amount for the above positions is as sanctioned in the project and as per DBT/DST norms. The initial appointment will be for one year or till the tenability of the project whichever is earlier and the same can be curtailed/extended on the basis of assessment of the candidate's performance and discretion of the Competent Authority.

6. NIPGR reserves the right to select the candidates against the above post depending upon the qualification and experience of the candidate. Reservation of post shall be as per Govt. of India norms. The appointment may be terminated any time by giving one month notice by either side. The applicants will have no claim implicit or explicit for consideration against any regular position of NIPGR.
