Qualification Details:

Online applications are invited for temporary post of Project Associate-I (One Position) to work on an IIT Mandi project.

1. Name of the Post: Project Associate I

2. No of Post: One Position

3. Description of the Project: The project is about the installation and maintenance of the IT services.

4. Title of the Project: Operation of Network and IT Infrastructure

5. Consolidated Emolument: Rs. 15,000-30,000 per month

6. Eligibility:

a. B.Tech/ M.Sc./M.C.A. or Equivalent with at least 1 year of relevant experience.

b. Knowledge of C# programming and MSSQL database is desirable.

c. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

7. Job responsibilities: Software Technical Support

a. Ticket logging, assigning and tracking of issues for closure.

b. Providing software support / queries resolution to the users over phone /emails.

c. Debugging and Analysing issues reported.

d. Preparing reports and help documents.

e. Providing training to the users as and when required.

f. Should have the basic knowledge of C# programming and MSSQL database.
