Qualification Details:

1. Position: IT and Hardware Administrator

2. Number of positions: 01

3. Educational qualification and preferred skills: Applicants must have a BE/BTech/MCA in ECE/IT/CSE. Experience in such roles in an educational institution is a plus.

4. Description:

a) This position is a single point of contact for incident resolution, troubleshooting issues and handling service requests related to PCs, Computing servers, UPS, Printers, Laptops, Routers/Access Points, Monitors, CiSTUP’s Website maintenance, Resolving LAN/Wi-Fi related issues, Air Conditioners for IT equipment, user and license management for computers and servers, advice, and coordination in purchase of IT Infrastructure, etc.

b) The candidate should be willing to coordinate with the relevant institute offices and vendors for minor Civil/Electrical works and safety compliance of the building.

c) The candidate should be willing to assist with administrative work as needed, such as purchase orders of equipment and IT hardware.
