Qualification Details:

The Centre for Management Development (CMD) invites applications on behalf of the Kerala Infrastructure Investment Fund Board (KIIFB) from eligible and qualified candidates for deployment in the Project Implementation and Monitoring Department of the Government of Kerala as Project Coordinators/ Junior Resource Persons on Contract Basis for the Monitoring of High Valued Projects (including KIIFB projects) being implemented in the State

4. Qualifications:

Post-Graduation in Engineering. Preference will be given to: i. Candidates from the top 100 institutes as per National Institutional Ranking Framework (NIRF) 2020 of MHRD

i. Candidates with PostGraduation in Civil Engineering Desirable - Post-Graduation in Management from Institutes of repute. Or Graduation in Engineering with Post Graduation in Business Administration/Public Policy. Preference will be given to: i. Candidates from the top 100 institutes as per National Institutional Ranking Framework (NIRF) 2020 of MHRD

ii. Candidates with Graduation in Civil Engineering

5. Essential Attributes i. Excellent communication skills, written and spoken (in Malayalam and English as evidenced through a written test) ii. Good Logical, Analytical and Critical Reasoning abilities (as evidenced through a screening test) iii. Advanced Computer skills in Project Management Tools

6. Experience: Minimum two to five years of relevant experience in working with management of large projects (preferably infrastructure projects)

Age limit as on 01-06-2021: 25 - 35 years

How To Apply:

1. Interested candidates may apply via ON-LINE mode only, by filling the prescribed application form given in the website of the Centre for Management Development (CMD), Thiruvananthapuram (www.cmdkerala.net). The details are given below.

2. The on-line application submission link will open on 09/06/2021 (09.00 A.M.).

3. The last date for submitting on-line applications is 23/06/2021 (05.00 P.M.).

4. Candidates will have to upload their updated detailed Curriculum Vitae (CV), passport size photograph (taken within six months), signature and copies of certificates proving qualification and experience while submitting the application. The photograph and signature must be in JPEG format.

5. The size of the photograph must be less than 200 KB and the size of the signature should be less than 50 KB. The CV and the copies of certificates shall be either in PDF format or in JPEG format, and shall not exceed 3MB size in total.

Selection Procedure:

1. On-line Screening Test For all the applicants who meet eligibility conditions NIL – will only be considered as screening process – 100 candidates will be shortlisted for further selection Process

2. Language Proficiency Test (Written Test) For shortlisted candidates based on the performance in the screening test – to assess the language skills of Candidates (in Malayalam and English Languages) 40% weightage in the selection process 

3. Technical Presentation For shortlisted candidates based on the performance in the screening test - to assess the presentation skills of candidates 40% weightage in the selection process 

4. Final Interview For shortlisted candidates based on the performance in the screening test 20% weightage in the selection process
