Qualification Details:

Centre for Development of Advanced Computing (C-DAC), is a scientific society of the Department of Information Technology under the Ministry of Communications and Information Technology, Government of India. C-DAC has today emerged as a premier R&D organization in ICT&E (Information, Communications Technologies and Electronics) in the country, working on strengthening national technological capabilities in the context of global developments in the field and responding to change in the market need in selected foundation areas. C-DAC represents a unique facet working in close junction with DeitY to implement nation's policy and pragmatic interventions and initiatives in Information Technology. As an institution for high-end Research and Development (R&D), C-DAC has been at the forefront of the Information, Communications Technologies and Electronics (ICT&E) revolution, constantly building capacities in emerging/enabling technologies and innovating and leveraging its expertise, caliber and skill sets to develop and deploy products and solutions for different sectors of the economy.

a. Post Name: Manager (Admin)
b. Minimum Essential Educational Qualification with Experience: Two years full time MBA/PG in Admin /Management / LLB / equivalent relevant professional qualification with 12 years of relevant experience in admin.
c. Skill Set (Indicative & not exhaustive): Knowledge about labour laws, tender process including GeM procurements, processes or procedures required to be followed w.r.t. various permissions required from Govt. authorities, liasoning with other government offices w.r.t. establishment, MSEB, Water Dept., Police, Legal etc. Compliance of rules and regulations on establishment and service matters.
Knowledge of MS-Office & computerized work environment, excellent verbal and written communication skills, exceptional leadership and resource management skills.
d. CTC: 19.20 Lakhs p.a.(approx.)
e. Post Classification: Group.-A, Non S&T,MAS A3 (Regular)

a. Post Name: Manager (Purchase)
b. Minimum Essential Educational Qualification with Experience: Bachelor's Degree with Two years full time MBA/PG in Material Management/Finance/Operations or equivalent relevant professional qualification with 12 years of relevant post qualification experience in purchase domain. Candidates with Engineering qualification will be preferred.
c. Skill Set (Indicative & not exhaustive): 
1. To have worked in a Government organization which follows GFR rules and regulations To have dealt with procurement of IT equipment from local and global market Good written and verbal communication, interpersonal and leadership skills Conversant with Microsoft Office and Tally accounting package Conversant with Government e-Market (GeM) portal and CPP Portal of NIC.
2. Planning of procurement strategies and procurement of components, equipments, systems , capital goods etc from local and global market by adhering to GFR and applicable Government regulations Drafting of enquiries and tender documents, proposals and requests for quotations Conduct pre-bid and pre-proposal conferences.
3. Coordinate and supervise activities of evaluation committees.
4. Search and source potential suppliers and vendors Supervise the activities of Stores, Annual Asset verification activities. Interact with CAG auditors.
5. Maintain a database of approved suppliers Work with suppliers and manufacturers to serve and interact with internal departments

a. Post Name: Admin Officer
b. Minimum Essential Educational Qualification with Experience: Two years Full Time MBA in management/ HR /personnel management/ LLB/ PG in relevant professional qualification with 3 years of relevant experience in admin.
c. Skill Set (Indicative & not exhaustive): Deal with purchase & procurement activities including GeM procurements. 
1. Knowledge about labour laws, tender process including GeM procurements, processes or procedures required to be followed as per Govt rules.
2. Vendor management, HR related activities, liasoning with other government offices.
3. Recruitment of outsourced employees, conducting training sessions.
4. Knowledge of service related matters and establishment rules.
5. Knowledge of MS-Office & computerized work environment, excellent verbal and written communication skills, exceptional leadership and resource management skills.
d. CTC: 13.78 Lakh p.a.(approx.)

a. Post Name: Finance Officer
b. Minimum Essential Educational Qualification with Experience: C.A. OR Two years Full Time MBA in Finance/ CS/ICWA or equivalent relevant professional qualification with 3 years of relevant experience.
c. Skill Set (Indicative & not exhaustive): Preparation of Accounts, Bank Reconciliation Statement, Posting of Ledger Accounts, Preparation of Trial Balance and Final Accounts. Accounting, TA and LTC Rules, Maintenance of Cash Book, Principles of Auditing, Income Tax and Service Tax Rules. Knowledge of Purchase related activities including GeM procurements.
d. CTC: 13.78 Lakh p.a.(approx.)

Age Limit:

Finance Officer: 35 years, Admin Officer: 35 years, Manager: 40 Years

How To Apply:

1. The candidates are required to apply through ONLINE process only by visiting the website www.cdac.in. The opening date of submission of online application is 21st April, 2021 and closing date is 09th May, 2021 till 18.00 Hrs.

2. Before filling the online application form, Candidates should read 'General Terms and Conditions' carefully.

3. Candidate should read all the eligibility parameters and ensure that he/she is eligible for the post before starting to apply online.

4. Candidate should have a valid email id and mobile no. which should remain valid & active till the completion of selection process.

5. Candidates can click on the 'Apply' button provided against each position for which he/she wish to apply.

6. Fill all the details in the application form at the appropriate places. After filling all the details in online application form click on 'Submit' button.

7. The required Application fee is to be paid by the candidates through online payment mode only. It is advised to print and keep the transaction details for own records.

8. Candidates should scan their passport size photograph in .jpg format (not more than 400 KB) and keep it ready before starting to apply online for uploading.

9. Candidates are required to upload their updated Curriculum Vitae (not more than 1 MB in PDF format only) on the online application.

10. A unique application number will be generated by the system, please note this application number for future reference and use. Candidates can take a print of the application form and keep it with them for their own records.

11. No hard copy/printed applications should be sent to C-DAC. Incomplete and defectively filled up forms shall be rejected straightway and no subsequent correspondences will be entertained in this regard.

12. Candidate working in Government/PSUs/Govt. Autonomous bodies should apply online in advance and print of the application form, duly filled, and signed should be forward through proper channel to  Corporate HRD of C-DAC (Address: Innovation Park 34, B/1, Panchawati Rd, Panchawati Pashan, Pune, Maharashtra, 411008).

13. Those who are not forwarding their application through proper channel are required to produce 'No objection certificate (NOC)' from their current employer at the time of interview, if called for, failing which they will not be permitted to attend the interview.

Selection Procedure:

1. Selection processes viz. Written Test, Interview; group discussions etc. as deemed fit by the management will be deployed. Management reserves the right to change/ modify the selection process at any time, during the process, at its discretion. The decision of the management will be final and binding.

2. The qualification and experience prescribed are the minimum requirements and possession of the same does not automatically make the candidates entitled to be called for selection processes.

3. There will be an initial screening based on the academic, experience and other parameters given in the on-line application and only those screened-in will be considered for further selection process. The management reserves the right to increase the minimum eligibility criteria/cut off limits, in the event of the number of applicants are more for any post(s) at its discretion.

4. Candidates will be selected on the basis of their academic credentials, experience profile, performance in the interview and such other selection processes/ parameters, as deemed fit by management.

5. If no candidates are found suitable for a notified position, C-DAC may consider candidates for lower position, however, not for the reason that they possess lower qualification/experience.

6. If no candidates are found suitable for a notified position(s), C-DAC reserves the right to not fill the notified vacancy(s).
