Qualification Details:

1. Position: Manager/ Sr. Manager/ AVP - Investment Banking (Debt)

2. Educational Qualification: Graduate, with preference for MBA /CFA / CA or equivalent from recognized Universities in India/overseas.

3. Minimum Experience: 2 years to 9 years

4. CTC Offered: Compensation will not be limiting factor for the right candidate and will discussed on a case-by-case basis.

5. Location of posting: Mumbai The candidate may be deputed to work with the team(s) with the organization/ parent organization/ any subsidiary of the parent organization if and as deemed necessary.

6. Job specific skills: Applicants should have –

a. At least 2 to 9 years of relevant experience in credit appraisal, credit research, project appraisal or corporate finance, debt restructuring

b. Ability to stretch oneself and work under pressure, handle multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines. 

c. Relevant experience across domestic and foreign currency loans. An understanding of corporate credit and project finance with ability to structure deals is essential 

d. Strong analytical and strategic thinking and exceptional communication skills 

e. In depth knowledge of Stressed Asset segments 

f. Capability to take an innovative approach to developing solutions 

g. Updated knowledge of RBI Regulations, IBC regulations and other relevant guidelines.
